A Queen Within Live Chat with Coach Chi: How to Live Unafraid
I connected with Chiquita “Coach Chi” Anderson to understand her experiences with overcoming, persevering and leveling up. I think everyone who attended walked away with nuggets of inspiration and tips on being our best self, including how to live unafraid.
Because we are a community of women focused on wellness and self-empowerment, we invited Chi to open up to us and share about the trials and triumphs of her journey. Here are three life lessons that I learned during this intimate conversation:
- Lessons Learned:
- Disappointments are inevitable: Challenges are inevitable, but it’s more about how you handle them. Chi’s perspective on this is so powerful.
- Live unafraid: The presence of fear doesn’t mean you shouldn’t move forward. Listen to Desiree and Chi discuss what it’s important to push past fear and fly!
- Expect the best: Keep your head high and your standards higher. Once you know the best, you can expect the best. Tune in to hear Chi and Desiree discuss this.
